This kit includes th latest crankshaft timing pin required from 2006-2008.
The 2.3 JTD twin camshaft common rail diesel engine is belt driven between crankshaft and inlet camshaft but utilizes a chain to connect both camshaft. The high pressure fuel pump does not require timing.
Follow all the manufacturers specified procedures in preparation to remove the worn or damaged timing belt.
